I'm a guy who's always passionate about doing creative and challenging things and that was the reason I taught myself how to code a couple years ago. My specialty is JavaScript and its related technologies such as Vue.js, React.js and Node.js. I'm also familiar with Java and AWS.

Since I was a kid, computer has always been one of my best interests but IT industry wasn't very popular in my home country (Vietnam) back then, so I went to university to study finance & banking. The idea of becoming a programmer came in October 2016 when I graduated and landed my first job in a local bank with no passion in the field. I quit 2 weeks after that and started to learn coding through books, tutorials and online courses. I love every minute of it and never regret my choice ever since.

February 2018, I decided to go to university again to grasp a deeper knowledge in the field that I love and enrolled in a 2-year Master course of Information Technology of RMIT university (Melbourne, Australia).

October 2018, I landed my first job as a Front-End Developer for Eastern & Allied, an Australia-based group of companies specialising in money transfer and foreign exchange. During 3 years with Eastern & Allied, my main job were leading front-end development using Vue.js extensively, together with some back-end/devOps tasks using AWS and Java Spring.

November 2021, I joined BTC.com.au as a Senior Front-End Developer. They are an Australian-founded startup working in cryptocurrency industry where my main job has been leading the front-end team in developing existing and new trading platforms using Vue.js and React.js.

When I'm not coding, I'm probably either spending time with my fiancé or watching a football match of Manchester United.
